Phyllis is a west Texas native - born and raised in Midland and a graduate of Angelo State University. She has been leading worship at Rhema Valley since its beginning in 1993.
Phyllis and Ollie have been married 39 years and have been blessed with 6 children (3 born to them, three added by marriage) and 5 grandchildren. In addition to her position as worship leader and business administrator for Rhema Valley, she teaches at Highland ISD.
